Because it is the mission of Insurance Tease to generate funds supporting SB 840 and HR 676, we offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for purchased items.
That being said, we do have provisions for replacement of items for various reasons as follows:
1) The item that you ordered is not the one you received.
In this instance, you may choose one of three options:
A. Keep the pithy product and enjoy the fact that its use will encourage someone to support SB 840 while, no doubt, annoying others. Or give it to a friend or charity.
B. Keep it, but inform us of our mistake, and purchase the product you had originally ordered to continue your collection.
C. If you decide that you really want the product you ordered, contact us to arrange an exchange.
2) The item you received is damaged.
Should this unfortunate possibility occur, we will replace the item. Here you have two options:
A. You decide that a torn Insurance Tease t-shirt symbolizes the destruction wrought upon our great nation by the insurance industry. Therefore the shirt is an even better product than the one you bargained for, so you decide to keep it. Besides, a torn shirt offers it own fashion potential.
B. You feel that a damaged pithy product will not go over as well at the black and white ball you plan to attend. An exchange is in order.
If you received the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us with the form provided here. Be sure to specify what you ordered, what you received, the order number, and the date the product was ordered. Also include your name and email address and we will respond as promptly as possible. You will receive instructions as to where to send the item, and you will be responsible only for for return shipping.
